What is a RORO physical SIM card?+
It is a reusable travel SIM card you insert into your phone. It comes with 1 GB of global data, works across 190+ countries, and can be topped up online. It is data only (no phone number) and stays valid for 2 years — extended every time you top up — so you keep the same card for every trip.
Why choose a physical SIM instead of an eSIM?+
A physical SIM works on any phone with a SIM tray — including older phones, dual-SIM setups, hotspots, tablets and shared work devices that do not support eSIM. It is also easy to move between phones.
Does the physical SIM expire?+
Your card stays valid for 2 years, and every time you top up the validity extends by another 2 years. If it goes unused for 2 consecutive years, it expires. Your data plan also has its own validity, but the card keeps going as long as you use it.
Which countries does it work in?+

How do I get the physical SIM?+
